Show Managers

One of the big changes we’ve made this year is adding dedicated show managers to the season. These two friendly faces will be splitting up the dates of our IEO season and working alongside our other volunteers to make sure shows run smoothly and be available to answer questions and concerns.

Traci Beaudette

June, September, October

Hi everyone, my name is Traci and I am looking forward to being your other show manager for the 2025 season! I've been obsessed with all things horse since I was little, and harassed my parents into letting me try riding lessons when I was about 9. Since then, I spent much of my preteen and young adult years in the United States Pony Club where I dabbled in Foxhunting, Polocrosse, Show Jumping, Dressage and Eventing, as well as achieving my C3/HB ratings with my beloved first horse, Bo. Outside of the PC world I have had the opportunity to be around professional reigners, and spent a summer working for a breeder of Irish Sport horses in MD.

Nowadays I spend my free time taking care of Justine, my semi-retired pasture potato. I also enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, cuddling with my 2 cats, taking care of my *way too many* houseplants and pretending I know how to garden.

Meghan Warrick

May, July, August

Hi everybody, I’m Meghan and I’m excited to be one of the show managers this year.

I started riding when I was 9 and haven’t looked back since. In the many years since then I’ve worked as a riding instructor at a Girl Scout camp, was a trail guide, helped with IEA shows/teams, and cleaned countless stalls as a working student. After spending many years in the hunter ring, I trotted down the centerline for the first time in 2019 with my current horse Rio! I bought him back the year before and have been making him question all his life choices and my sanity level since. We plan on making a return to the show ring this year after a brief hiatus.

When I’m not bribing Rio to use all his brain cells you can find me negotiating with a tiny human, baking to relieve stress, or ignoring all my problems by reading a good book!
