Den Burdette (Blue Star Dressage LLC in MD & PA) - Professional Instructor/Trainer Since 1990. Den has competed through Prix St. Georges. He was Bronze Medallist at 1995 Region 1 Young Rider Championships. Den works with young riders and green horses as well as adults and more trained horses. He trained under several FEI trainers including Todd Bryan, DeDeBierbrauer, and Susan Carr. Den is also an AFTA Certified Personal Trainer. Montie Eagle (Carlisle) specializes in helping people gain confidence and expertise in everyday riding and in preparing to show. She believes dressage is for everyone and can help any horse regardless of discipline. She has worked extensively with Pat Smeltzer, Linnea Seaman, Karen Ramsing, and Karl Mikolka, former oberbereiter at the Spanish Riding School. She has successfully schooled former race horses for the show ring, and also believes in the importance of ground work and round pen techniques.

Jennifer H. Hoffman runs Autumn Charm Sport Horses in Wrightsville, Pa. Jenn grew up riding hunt seat and dressage. She has an Associates Degree in Equestrian Studies from the University of Findlay. Jenn has ridden with Dana Bright (eventer/ dressage rider), Dan Huss (reining) and Barbie Ulbrich (Grand Prix dressage rider). With 12 years of teaching experience, a motivation to continue learning, and the love of horses and correct kind training, Jenn brings a positive team atmosphere to her students. Katherine Nelson , (Loganville): Former student of Col. Bengt Ljungquist; trained for two years in Portugal with Nuno Oliveira; also took many clinics with Olympic coaches Georg Otto Heyser and Klaus Balkenol and countless other wonderful trainers. Karen Oberdorf: ( Dover) Twenty years experience teaching, training, and competing (unbroken to 4 th level). Has qualified horses for Ljungquist Finals competition at First through fourth levels. Evelyn Susol is the resident trainer in dressage at Cool Breeze Farm, LLC, competing through the Grand Prix Level. She holds her USDF gold, silver & bronze medals as well as her USDF gold, silver & bronze Freestyle Bars. She is also USDF L Graduate and earned the USDF University Certificate for continuing education. Evelyn graduated from Lake Erie College with a BS degree in Equestrian Studies, Teacher/Trainer Emphasis, including training in Australia and England. The horses in her training have been very successful in competition and her students have all been successful, placing at recognized shows and the BLM and GAIG championships for many years. Evelyn takes pride in training each horse and rider as an individual and takes into account their own special needs.

Mark Susol is also the resident trainer at Cool Breeze Farm, LLC and competes in dressage through 3rd level and eventing through the Preliminary Level. He also specializes in starting young horses and stallions with proven success. He has attended young horse training sessions at Hilltop and judging/training sessions with the USDF. Mark was the Area II Training level Champion with Manahawk and was 7th with Dare Me. He and 2 students have qualified for the American Eventing Championships and Area II championships.
Evelyn and Mark teach riders and horses at any level that have the desire to learn in a safe and positive atmosphere.
